My ideal client is one that is ready to train for life and that wants to make fitness and their wellbeing a priority. He or she must have a “true” and “real” desire to make positive lifelong changes. If you think you are going to make substantial differences in your life in just a few months then my programs are not for you. Our ideal client must know everyone’s journey is different, everyone’s path has it’s own rules and that it takes time to figure out the best way for them personally to reach their goals.
