Brian Byrd founded STLFitness and Wellness Group in 2006. Now Train 4 Life Studios, Brian is working to transform lives through his proven fitness and wellness techniques, including one-on-one personal training, small group personal training, corporate wellness programs, remote or virtual personal training and the powerful New You program. With ten years of proven fitness and wellness success, Brian and his team at Train 4 Life Studios are experts in personal communication, motivation and results.
As a certified Personal Trainer, Brian’s career path has allowed him to help a wide variety of people with needs from weight loss to health improvement to muscle gain and bodybuilding. His 360 degree approach to fitness and overall wellness allows the personal trainers at Train 4 Life Studio to vary their approach to create routines and lifestyle changes that can be incorporated into clients’ specific lifestyles for long-term change.
Along with knowledge and expertise in the fitness and wellness world, Brian is also a motivational speaker, fitness writer, personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. Brian has become known as a regional St. Louis area fitness expert, previously hosting a health & fitness radio show on WGNU, a regular guest host on regional news programs such as Show Me St. Louis on KSDK, and serving as a contributing writer to Streetscape Magazine and The 9’s.
