Along with knowledge and expertise in the fitness and wellness world, Brian is also a motivational speaker, fitness writer, personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. Brian has become known as a regional St. Louis area fitness expert, previously hosting a health & fitness radio show on WGNU, a regular guest host on regional news programs and serving as a contributing writer to Streetscape Magazine, The 9’s. and had his own blog “The pulse” for St. Louis Magazine.
